Use of the mill complex and new building for a flexible mix of the following uses: Retail shops (A1); Market stalls (A1); Restaurants and cafes (A3); Bars (A4); Food and drink market stalls (A5); Offices (B1); Craft workshops (B1); Studios (B1); Microbrewery (B2); Hotel (C1); Art gallery / display spaces (D1); Conference space (D1); Education and training (D1); Events space (D2) and health and fitness (D2).
