Landcycle has been designed by a team of property professions all of whom are chartered town planners. Landcycle has been around for nearly 15 years but has never been publicly available until now. We have used this system to source plan and deliver more than a billion pounds of gross development value from various projects ranging from the development of one property to several garden villages for thousands of properties.

We decided to make Landcycle publicly available in an attempt to make planning decision making more robust. We are offering the system to local planning authorities, neighbourhood planning groups and strategic planning stakeholders with the hope that councils and government will be able to make better informed decisions when allocating land for planning.

Landcycle is open to everyone to use and we also welcome national housebuilders, local developers and literally anyone with an interest in property to log on and start using the system. Please let us know what you think and if there is anything else we can do or add to improve the service.
