Powerful insight into ownership
Land Registry stores information in the UK about the ownership of property in England and Wales. Since the registration of titles became compulsory, Land Registry now stores ownership and property information about more than 26 million titles, representing more than 89% of property in England and Wales. Anyone applying to buy or sell property in the UK must apply to the Land Registry to register their tile. And through our partnership with the Land Registry we can access the official map and all of the title register and plans they hold. So via Landcycle you can purchase the title register documents and we store them for you. We do not mark up this service and charge the same price as Land Registry do themselves.
When you purchase land registry documents from us we store them for you so you can come back and access them time and again. You can share them in electronic format with colleagues or your solicitor and we aggregate the title information you have purchased into a specific property database entry which we automatically populate with other important information, such as planning constraints, valuations and key headline data.
If you purchase a property report from landcycle this and any other property information you wish to store, such as land registry documents, photographs or planning and property alerts, in your dedicated database that is permanently and securely stored.
When you purchase a title from landcycle you can save it to your database and it automatically populates and creates a contact page which contains the owners details and their specified address. From your database you can automatically send letters to the registered owner using our letter sending service. Letters are automatically created and sent (you do not have to print or post them yourself) and you can even set up automatic rules to send future letters so you don’t have to do anything, letters will send automatically for you.
Landcycle constantly monitors your specified properties against the Land Registry system. So if you have set up a title alert landcycle will email you a notification of any changes made to the title. This is not only change of ownership but critically it alerts you to any application that is made to alter the title. This may be a legitimate request by a solicitor or in the worst scenario it could be an indication of someone trying to access your title and make changes fraudulently.
