Observation requested by City of London for application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) of planning permission 21/00781/FULMAJ (dated 02.09.2022) for the variation of condition 63 (approved drawings) to facilitate amendments to the approved scheme including but not limited to: alterations to the Snow Hill elevation and building line; changes to external facing materials; amendment to internal layouts to provide an additional 25 rooms of purpose built student accommodation; changes to the layout of the cultural and community space; andincrease in height of balustrades to roof.
