The panels will be mounted in pre-fabricated units which will be secured to the rooftop using adhesive (no roof penetrations necessary). The installation will comprise of approx 72m2 of solar PV panels.
The proposed solar PV installation is to be a 17.64 kWp system complete with 72 No. 245 watt Sharp polycrystalline solar PV panels. The size of the array will be approximately 115m2. The panels will be mounted in pre-fabricated Solion Sunmount units and secured to the roof by using mastic, meaning it will not be necessary to make any penetrations in the roof in order to secure the panels.
