Beech tree approximately 20m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little dense. Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and two low growing branches emanating from a larger branch encroaching towards the property in order to reduce the weight at branch extremities and create more light into the garden. The height and basic shape should be retained, it is also important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
