Apple tree (T1) - fell because of excessive shading, low amenity value and proximity to house leading to restriction of proposed patio area. Replace with eucalyptus tree 1.5m further to the East (towards back of garden).Scots Pine (T2) - fell because of poor health (photos taken in summer), low amenity value, poor aesthetics, crowding of other trees neighbouring and plan for a slightly larger garden storage unit.NB we have an existing decision notice permitting the removal of a much larger conifer next to T1 and T2 (T3 in the plan). This is Decision Notice S/4723/18/TC. We do NOT now wish to fell this tree and are happy for this order to be rescinded.
T1 and T2 Eucalyptus: Prune back by circa 1.5 metres to previous reduction points and remove small lowest limbs. Both trees have been historically reduced. Works are to maintain their size within the garden.
T1 Juglans regia (Walnut) to crown lift to establish a ground clearance of approximately 3m and crown reduce to and over house to give a 2m clearance.T2 Malus (Apple) to remove regrowth only.T3 Malus (Apple) to remove to just above ground level.T4 2 x Prunus (Plum) to crown lift to establish a ground clearance of 1.5m.
