Construction and operation of a Waste Transfer Station (including retention of glass bays, garage/workshop, water tanks, weighbridges, parking and staff welfare facilities)
Removal Condition 3: Prior Submission of a Scheme to deal with Site Contamination. No development shall begin until the following scheme to deal with the risks associated with contamination of the site shall each be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority.
Removal Condition 5: Submission of details and samples Before the commencement of the development hereby permitted, details and samples of all external finishing materials and colours of the Waste Transfer Station building extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in the materials so approved and maintained as such for the duration of the development hereby permitted.
Removal Condition 7:Glass Bays Noise Mitigation The development hereby permitted shall not be commenced until a Noise Mitigation Scheme has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority. The development and use hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme for the duration of the development hereby permitted.
Removal Condition 8: Restoration Scheme Within 2 years of the date of the permission a phased Outline Site Restoration Scheme to reflect the completion or closure of all waste related activities on the application site together with a restoration and five year aftercare requirement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority. The restoration and aftercare scheme shall be fully implemented and maintained in accordance with the approved details for the duration of the five year aftercare period.
