Variation of condition 7 which provides for the removal of the solar array should electricity cease to be exported to the electricity grid. The array is to be fed directly into the on-site quarry processing facility and not exported to the local electicity grid. The condition requires rewording as follows: "If any of the individual groups (arrays) of solar panels hereby permitted ceases to produce elecricity for a continuous period of six months then, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the MPA, a scheme of restoration shall be submitted to the MPA for its written approval for the removal of the solar panels and associated equipment and the restoration of that part of the site to agricultural use.
