Fell Corsican Pine.Notes:~ We believe the tree is within TPO 0047 but possibly isn`t as it covers a group of trees and some have previously been felled whilst the Taylor Wimpey development was undertaken..~ Application is submitted to be sure and no works will be undertaken unless consented to.Reason: ~ Junior tree growing within the tree line of more mature others and a Field Maple. ~ Tree is growing with a lean towards a neighbouring building (garage) which it would likely impact if it were to ever fail.~ Garden has a number of higher amenity value trees already within it which there are no intentions by the current householder to request felling etc as they are one of the main character elements of the garden.
Hybrid Application - Outline permission for the erection of a class D2 (Health & Fitness) unit and associated works. Full planning permission for the relocation of garden centre and external works to current retail unit.

To remove pine trees 2, 4, 5, 6 & 7.The trees are in close proximity to the house (The canopy of 4 is just over a metre from our roof), the garage and the Golf Club car park and power lines.Branches regularly fall and we wish to avoid injury to people or property.Additionally, there is a large amount of needle droppage, which cloggs our gutters, and covers our patio and pathways. When wet, it is a slip hazard, particularly for me as I have impaired mobility. The pine resin has also affected garden structures and furniture.
