18/00242/TPO/ | East Northamptonshire | Small | Permitted | Trees | Species: PINE, Reference: TPO 0145, Description Tree Preservation Order 145 (Wellington Road Raunds) 1993, Address: The Tan Yard 16 Chamberlain Way Raunds Wellingborough Northamptonshire NN9 6UE. Raise the crown on 2 of the TPO trees at the back of the garden, remove the dog leg from one of the TPO trees at the back of the garden. Fell the tree in the middle, at the back of the garden (does not have a TPO). Tidy up the lower branches on the TPO tree nearest the patio doors. This work is required as one TPO tree has had to be removed after storm damage snapped the top of the TPO in the middle of this very small garden with 5 huge trees in it. I am very concerned about the liability I have with these trees and my concern for the safety of the residents both in my house and my surrounding neighbours. Excessive shading is a problem. Faeces/excrement from the birds in the trees causes damage to anything in the garden (ie, trampolines, childrens bikes, ride on cars, patio furniture etc. The pine needles drop constantly on the patio, grasses and borders. Encouraging anything else to grow in this garden is very difficult and the trees cause shade and pine needles damage anything else that grows. The gutters are constantly blocked with pine needle and cause dampness in the house. The pine needles blow over the roof and fall on the cars parked on the driveway (causing damage to the paintwork). The pine needs fall into the gap in the car's bonnet. They also get stuck in the windscreen wipers. The driveway and patio areas are constantly covered in pine needles. I am currently letting this property but did live there for 5 years and had to take my young children to the doctors on several occasions to have pine needles removed from the bottom of their feet. The has stood on these and the pine needle had snapped off and stuck in their feet. This was even if they wore sandles. Studies have stated that pigeon droppings are associated with Histoplasmosis, Candidiasis, Cryptoc... | 16 Chamberlain Way Raunds Wellingborough Northamptonshire NN9 6UE | 20/02/2002 | Link | Link | |||

18/00861/TPO/ | East Northamptonshire | Small | Rejected | Trees | Species: PINE, Reference: TPO 0145, Description Tree Preservation Order 145 (Wellington Road Raunds) 1993, Address: The Tan Yard 16 Chamberlain Way Raunds Wellingborough Northamptonshire NN9 6UE. I have previously applied to have work carried out on 3 trees at this property subject to TPO trimmed (T1, T2 and T3). Permission was granted to trim these trees. I have now learned that all of my surrounding neighbours have applied to have their trees subject to TPOs completely removed and that they have been given permission to do this. This application therefore is to now ask for permission to remove all 3 trees in the back garden of 16 Chamberlain Way that are subject to TPO (T1, T2 and T3). The reason these need to be removed is as before; This work is required as one TPO tree has had to be removed after storm damage snapped the top off the TPO tree which was standing in the middle of this very small garden which had 5 huge trees in it. Now 4 huge trees. I am very concerned about the liability I have with these trees and my concern for the safety of the residents both in my house and my surrounding neighbours. Excessive shading is a problem. Faeces/excrement from the birds in the trees causes damage to anything in the garden (trampolines, children's bikes, ride on cars, patio furniture etc). The pine needles drop constantly on the patio, grasses and borders. Encouraging anything else to grow in this garden is very difficult and the pine needles damage anything else that grows (strawberries, flowers etc). The gutters are constantly blocked with pine needle and cause dampness in the house. The pine needles blow over the roof and fall on the cars parked on the driveway (causing damage to the paintwork).
