The proposed greenway trail commences on Shallcross Mill Road, adjacent to the village scout hut in Whaley Bridge Derbyshire. The new route heads off south east from there for 590m where it meets Shallcross Road. At this point the trail concludes. This proposed greenway, generally 2.40m wide joins Shallcross Mill Road with Shallcross Road by reclaiming disused land over a dissmantled railway line, This development is expected to enhance the area for local people.
Replace existing window with doorway. The new doorway would be a vertical extension of the existing reveals, running from the stone lintol down to floor level. The double doors would be constructed using softwood timber. Door leafs would incorporate double glazed vision panels with timber glazing bars. The fan-light above the door would be a timber framed unit with hardwood sill and two 'top-hung' opening lights. Window fenestration to match the door. The frames would have a paint finish, coloured 'off-white'.
